What Can an Elementor Form Connect To?
How Form Actions Work
Each Actions After Submit entry runs independently when a form is submitted, meaning a single form can simultaneously send a notification email, add the submitter to an email list, and log the submission to a CRM, all from one configured widget. Each integration typically needs its own API key or connection setup, done once per integration and then reusable across any form using that action.
Common Integration Types
- Email marketing platforms, automatically subscribing a form submitter to a mailing list as part of the submission.
- CRM tools, creating or updating a contact record directly from a form submission.
- Webhooks, sending the submission data to any custom endpoint, including automation platforms like Zapier or Make for connecting to tools without a native Elementor integration.
- Google Sheets or similar, logging each submission as a new row for simple record-keeping without a full CRM.
- Redirect and success message actions, controlling what the submitter sees or where they're sent after submitting, separate from the data-handling integrations.
Setting Up an Integration
- Add the desired action under the form widget's Actions After Submit tab.
- Connect the integration's API credentials where required, following that service's specific connection steps.
- Test a real submission to confirm data actually flows through to the connected service correctly.
