Before you write

How quickly do you reply?

Within one working day for any serious enquiry, usually the same day. If it is urgent, WhatsApp reaches me fastest.

What time zone do you work in?

I am in Bangladesh (UTC+6). In practice I overlap comfortably with UK, European and US East Coast hours, and most of my clients are in those markets. Time zones have not been an obstacle on any project so far.

What do you need from me to give a quote?

What the site has to achieve, roughly how many pages, whether a design already exists, and when you need it live. A link to your current site if there is one. That is normally enough for a fixed written quote; if it is not, I will ask.

Do you take small projects?

Yes — a single landing page or a focused fix is fine. It is also fine to ask for an opinion on something without hiring anyone.

How do you handle payment?

Typically a deposit to start and the balance on completion, with milestone payments on larger builds. Terms are agreed in writing before work begins.
