A straightforward business site is usually a matter of weeks rather than months, provided content is ready. The single biggest cause of delay on every project I have run is waiting for copy and images, so if you want it moving quickly, that is the part to prepare early.

A custom theme makes sense when performance and precision matter more than in-house page building.
