Everything wrong with the site’s SEO, ranked by impact — in writing, once.

Crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals and on-page issues checked and prioritized in one written report. Fixed price, delivered once — no retainer, and no obligation to hire me for the fix work after.

THE PROBLEM

What a proper audit finds that a glance doesn’t

Most sites look fine at a glance. The problems that actually cap rankings only show up once someone crawls the site and reads the data, not the homepage.

WHAT USUALLY GETS MISSED

  • Pages that look fine to a visitor but were never actually indexed by Google
  • Redirect chains and orphaned pages, invisible without an actual crawl
  • A Core Web Vitals score quietly capping rankings, never measured because nobody looked
  • Duplicate or near-identical pages splitting authority that should be going to one URL
  • Titles, headings and structured data applied inconsistently across the site
  • No baseline at all, so there's no honest way to know later whether anything worked

WHO THIS IS FOR

When the audit alone is the right booking

This is diagnosis only — a written report, not the fix work. If you already know you want both the diagnosis and the fixes done, WordPress SEO is the full engagement and includes this audit as its first phase.

Want a second opinion first

Before hiring anyone — me included — for ongoing SEO work, an independent audit tells you what's actually wrong.

Already have a developer or team

You don't need the fix work from me — just a prioritized, accurate punch list to hand to whoever already builds your site.

Not ready for the full engagement yet

Find out what's actually wrong and how much it matters before committing budget to fixing it.

Just migrated or redesigned

Confirm nothing broke silently — a redirect missed, a page deindexed, a template that lost its structured data.

SCOPE

What I deliver

  • A full crawl and indexation check — what's blocked, orphaned, duplicated or quietly deindexed
  • A Core Web Vitals and page-speed baseline (LCP, INP, CLS), measured rather than guessed
  • An on-page audit — titles, meta descriptions, heading hierarchy and structured data checked for consistency
  • A site architecture and internal-linking review — where pages compete with each other for the same query
  • A written report ranked by impact, with clear next steps — a fixed, one-time deliverable, no ongoing retainer

TECHNOLOGY I USE

  • Google Search Console
  • Analytics 4
  • PageSpeed Insights
  • Lighthouse
  • Screaming Frog
  • Schema.org
  • Core Web Vitals
  • Bing Webmaster Tools

PROCESS

How the audit runs

  1. Crawl and baseline

The site is crawled and Search Console and Core Web Vitals data pulled, so the report is grounded in what's actually happening, not a guess.

  2. Check indexation and crawlability

What's blocked, orphaned, duplicated or quietly deindexed — usually the single largest and cheapest finding on the report.

  3. Audit on-page and structure

Titles, headings, structured data and internal linking checked across the site, including where pages compete with each other.

  4. Prioritize by impact

A ranked shortlist, not a 200-row spreadsheet — indexation and Core Web Vitals findings come before meta description polish, in the order they actually affect results.

  5. Deliver the written report

Every finding, ranked and explained in plain language, ready to hand to any developer — including me, if you decide to book the fix work.

BENEFITS

What you get out of it

A low-commitment way to find out what's actually wrong before spending on the fix — whether that fix ends up being mine or someone else's.

An independent second opinion

Whether or not you end up hiring me for the fix work, the diagnosis itself is honest and self-contained.

Fixed price, known upfront

No hourly clock, no scope creep — a single written deliverable at a price agreed before work starts.

Hand-off ready

Written so any developer can pick it up and execute against it, not just the one who wrote it.

RELEVANT WORK

FAQ

Questions I get asked

What people ask before booking, mostly about how this differs from the full SEO service and what's actually included.

How is this different from your full SEO service?

This is diagnosis only — a written report, fixed price, no ongoing commitment. WordPress SEO is the full engagement: the same audit as its first phase, then the fix work itself, then optional monthly monitoring. Start here if you want the diagnosis first and are not ready to commit to more, or already have someone to execute it.

Is the fix work included?

No. You get a written report ranked by impact, not the implementation. Some clients hand the report to their existing developer, some come back to book the fix work separately, and either is a fine outcome — there's no pressure either way.

How long does the audit take?

Most audits are delivered within a week of getting site and Search Console access. Site size and how much history is available in Search Console are the main factors that change it.

Do you guarantee this will improve my rankings?

No one honestly can, and an audit especially can't — it identifies what's wrong, it doesn't fix it. What you get is an accurate, ranked picture of what's actually holding the site back, which is the necessary first step regardless of who does the fix work afterward.

Is this only for WordPress sites?

No. The audit methodology applies to any platform — WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, a custom build. WordPress is simply where I'm fastest, because I know where its particular problems tend to hide.

Do you work with clients outside Bangladesh?

Most of my clients are outside Bangladesh — the UK, Germany and the US primarily. I am based in Bangladesh and work across European and North American time zones without difficulty, with a same-day reply to anything urgent.
