The ask
A website for Panze Studio, a UI/UX design studio that works behind the scenes for agencies.
The build
An Astro site covering the studio’s services, white-label model, portfolio, pricing, team, blog and contact form.
The outcome
A live site at panze.co that explains the white-label model and takes enquiries.
THE PROBLEM
One site, two kinds of visitor
Panze describes itself as built for agencies and for end clients, and a white-label studio has to speak to both. An agency wants to know how the model works, what it can resell and what it costs. A company hiring the studio directly wants to see the work. The site has to explain an unusual way of working quickly, show the portfolio behind it, and give each visitor a clear next step.
THE SOLUTION
A site organised around how the studio is hired
The homepage leads with the offer and a switcher showing recent work, and the rest of the site is split by the question a visitor is asking:
- Five service pages — SaaS, mobile, websites, logo and branding, and AI
- A dedicated white-label page that explains how the model works
- A portfolio, a pricing page, a team page and a careers page
- A blog, and a contact page with an enquiry form
- Organization, WebSite and FAQ structured data, with a canonical URL on each page
Images are served as WebP and lazy-loaded below the first screen, which matters on a site that is mostly screenshots of other people’s products.
THE STACK
Mostly static, with interactivity only where it earns its place
Astro generates the pages as static HTML, and only the parts that need to be interactive — the latest-work switcher, the step-by-step process section, the tabs and the contact form — load their own JavaScript. Styling is Tailwind CSS, and Swiper drives the carousels:
- Astro
- Tailwind CSS
- Swiper
THE RESULT
A live site that does the explaining
Panze Studio has a live website at panze.co that explains the white-label model, shows its services and portfolio, and takes enquiries through a form. This write-up reports what the site contains and how it is built; it doesn’t include traffic or conversion figures.
THE SERVICE BEHIND IT
Want something built this way?
This project came out of my Frontend Development work. That page covers the process in full — what I deliver, how a project runs, and the questions people usually ask before starting one.
What that service covers
- Pixel-accurate implementation, responsive from 320px upward
- Interfaces built to the data they carry, not to a template
- Accessible, conventional code the next developer can read
